We're the wife and husband team behind Polly's Thai Food, and every plate that leaves our kitchen is made by us. We cook your order the way we cook for our own family, because once you've sat down and eaten with us, that's exactly how we see you.
Everything's made fresh the moment you order. You choose your protein and your spice, 0 to 4, from a gentle warmth to as hot as you can handle. Whether it's a comforting curry, a plate of our Pad Thai, or something with real fire, we make it just for you.

Every entrée is made to order, so you pick your heat from 0 (no heat) to 4 (seriously spicy). New to Thai food? Level 2 is the local favorite, flavorful with a hot kick.
Yes. Tofu is available on any entrée, and most dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan on request. We're happy to accommodate gluten-free, just let us know when you order.
Absolutely. We do dine-in, takeout, and curbside. Call us at (580) 699-8082 to order ahead for pickup.
We're open Monday through Saturday, 11:00am–2:00pm for lunch and 4:00pm–7:00pm for dinner. We're closed Sundays. Hours can vary on holidays, so give us a quick call to confirm.
