Fried dumplings come out crisp on the outside, hot and savory inside, with sweet chili sauce on the side. $6.95, and fair warning, they tend to vanish before anything else on the table.
Prefer them light? Order them in soup, floated in a clear, warming broth with scallion and carrot. Great when it's cold out or you just want something gentle.
