Polly and Elvin grow their own Thai chilis right here, the small fiery ones that give real Thai food its backbone. When they ripen, they get pounded fresh into the chili paste that runs through half our menu.
That is why a 3 here tastes different than a 3 anywhere else. It is our paste, from our plants, made the way Polly learned it. Fair warning, you might get addicted.
The spice scale, 0 to 4
A 0 is mild and gentle. A 2 has a real kick. A 4 is the one you dare your friends to finish. Whatever number you pick, we cook it to your number and we mean it.
Any dish takes a spice level, so tell us where you land. Chicken, pork, tofu or vegetables from $10.95, beef $12.95, jumbo shrimp $13.95.
